To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I am 170lbs...5ft 7ins .my bust is 38c ...and the xxl... were perfect fit and length and colors were amazing..hope this is helpful for someone who is interested in buying...it's a good deal for all three pieces.
I bought the black, gray, and white pack of these. I read the reviews that said to buy smaller if you want a compression effect, so I bought a size small, thinking that since I normally wear mediums due to having a large chest, I should at least get a small so the girls will fit. The size small is still too big to be skin tight, but I am still happy with the shirts overall. I do think they are lightweight, well-made, and have good sweat wicking ability. I really like the price of these, and think that they are great quality for what you pay. I will probably look into purchasing more in the future.
If you are looking for compression tanks, then look elsewhere. These will not compress anything. They are thin, lightweight, and comfortable. They fit true to size. If you are looking for a thin tank to use for layering, then this is it! I love it for that purpose. Also, the black and grey are not see through, so I wear them alone during the summer. It’s not what I expected when I purchased these, but I ended up keeping them since they have other uses. Just please now, these are not compression tanks at all.
I was looking for tank tops that I could wear to sleep in that would be tight and stretchy enough to keep my girls supported. I'm a 36DD and I hate those tanks with the built in bras so I was very excited to find these tops. I ordered the large size for bust size 35-39 inches. I measure 41 around my bust and these tops provide NO support for me. It was like wearing any fitted tank top which is pretty disappointing seeing as how these claim they're compression tops. I even bought a smaller size than I should have and they still didn't compress anything. I'm going to keep them because I'll use them for working out and they're comfortable and good quality. I'm not sure if I'm going to try the medium size. I'll update my review if I get the medium size and find those give me the results I'm looking for.
I bought these for working out and to see how they would be to use as an undershirt as well. I bought the small because I wanted them to fit snuggly under other clothes. I am 130 pounds, athletic build and a full C cup bra size. They fit me snuggly and at this time, I probably would not wear them in public without something over them as I have a little weight to lose around the bra line in the back and it shows through. The medium might be better for me to wear without something over it, but I plan to keep these for working out and for undershirts. I have washed them a few times now and they have not gotten fuzzies nor have they lost their color or shape from the wash. I hang them to dry. They are a good value for the price. And as many others have written, they are not compression garments.
Cons: I agree from some of the other reviewers that these aren't "compression" tanks. They're somewhat fitting, but not enough that they should be considered "compression" tanks. They're also not as long as I personally like to have mine - they're good for those who wear their pants a little higher than I do. That's just a personal preference though.
Pros: I love the material. Light weight and very comfortable. They almost have a fairly silky feel to them. Quality seems to be very nice - have only had them for about a month or so but my wife and I wear them constantly. Going to buy more to have a variety of colors.
See the video for the construction quality. They fit as expected after I put them on. They fit like a light weight stretch leotard. It is a close fit. Don't expect the "compression" to smooth out back rolls or anything like that. It reveals what's really there. For yoga it holds its placement well. It won't flip up over my head and it does hold over my belly, rather than roll up to the thinnest part of my waist. Overall, for the three pack, it was worth the money.
The shirts are exactly what I want for my workouts. They are NOT compression, but I did not want them to be. They are fitted without being too tight. The material is soft, lightweight, and moisture-wicking. The blue is a royal blue and the green is a neon yellow. I am fine with these colors. However, the third color looked red to me, but it actually bubble-gum pink. I don't like pink so I gave it to my coworker, but was bummed that the shirt was not red or even fuchsia. Other than the colors, I have no complaints. Great workout shirts.
I only received these tops today but they seem well-constructed. They are comfortable and flattering and will be great for practicing yoga and general gym activities like cardio machines, weights, etc. which is what I intend to use them for. I took a star off only because they are definitely not "compression" tops. The material is lighter and less constricting than many of the yoga/gym type tops I have that are not advertised as compression wear. This happens to work just fine for me, it's just not what they're advertised to be.
As a side note, I found that the tops fit about the way any other t-shirt or athletic top would. I generally wear a small or extra small top. I chose the small just to be safe because I saw several reviews stating the tops were on the tight side. The small fits fine but I could have probably gone down a size and been fine too.
After reading the reviews I already knew this wasn't going to be a compression tank, which is fine with me, I was just seeking regular, comfy, racerback-type tank tops. I had also read the the material is very thin, which it is, so reviews are spot on regarding these two factors. These work best for layering. The material is thin/sheer/lightweight/stretchy and comfy, so they are also great to sleep in. These do not have a long fit, so that is something to be aware of if you want that.
