Only the white top, out of a black, grey and white, was actually compression material. The grey and black were like any other cheap workout top. Still comfortable to wear, but not enough to purchase again.

I'm 5'6 145lbs and I ordered a 3-pack of larges and they fit perfectly.I workout everyday and my body is pretty fit. I like the larges because they're breathable plus not too tight and not too baggy. If you want really tight compression I'd suggest a medium but if you want to be comfortable, look good, then a large.

The straps are too long -- I have to wear something under these because they show my bra under the arm -- they are not like any I have worn before. The material is great -- washes well; but, it is an inconvenience for the long straps. I can either pin them or have them fitted (so the cost becomes too much to make them fit).

To be fair, sizewise, I am a small to medium. I was afraid that these would run small and I wouldn't be able to squeeze into them, so I went with a medium. I was wrong, and the medium is quite loose. There is definitely nothing being compressed. The quality is good and they are comfortable, but I would have been much happier had I ordered the smaller size.

The white shirt is not what is shown in the picture, there is no black seams on it. The shirts are bigger than the medium I selected. This is to be form fitting, but the material is sloppy because it is too large.
