For the most part, the author does a good job of explaining the science behind the various disorders, but I found some of the cases a little repetitive.
If you suffer from sleeping problems, this book will reassure you that there is always somebody worse off than you!
but very informative & worth keeping to re-read
Anyone suffering from any sleep disorder should find this fascinating.
