This is my 2nd laptop holder from Nulaxy, purchased the C2 variant earlier and as I needed one that is higher I chose this model. Amazing design, easy to put together (wouldnt even call it assembly) gives a very functional, nicely designed and reasonably priced laptop holder. This model is excellent if you use an external keyboard, however if you do use the laptop keyboard from time to time then go for the C2

I use this stand to allow for easier viewing of the laptop screen, but no typing. On the few times that I have used the laptop keys while on the stand, it has vibrated and the screen visibly shakes. So use caution if you're looking to use your laptop's keyboard while it sits on this stand. With a separate keyboard attached, my laptop sits at a good height for viewing and the stand doesn't shake too much when my desk is bumped. If your desk is particularly rigid, I'd recommend putting some vibration dampening pads under the stand.

Took one star off because of two things that I have a problem with:
1. Seems a bit too high to my taste. check the height before buying to see if it suits your sitting area.
2. I have a dell Inspiron 15.6'' - the back of the laptop "sticks" out from the back of the stand, and if I open the screen too much, the laptop losses its balance and falls. Might be better for smaller laptops.

Like it... but its quite thick... and the metal doesn't feel smooth. Base of stand only has two small grips... unsure of what the quality is like atm, but i may add additional grip/bumpers to make it more gentle on my table. However there is a nice rubber grip for your laptop to rest on.

I was pretty impressed when I got the parts to make the laptop stand. It held my 14" laptop nicely and really cleared up a lot of space on my desk. I was able to store books under the stand to create extra room. I only wish that I am able to use it on soft surfaces as well like my bed. However, it is a little shaky to do so. Regardless, it is a great product and definitely needed for someone who uses a laptop a lot.

The laptop elevated more than I expected but that’s not really a bad thing- merely unexpected. The images were not suggestive of how high up it will be hence the slight surprise. But stand itself is quite heavy. Obvious a sturdy material. You don’t worry about breaking this stand. I’s be careful about the edges of the stand though as they are wedgey and may scratch your electronics if you bumb them to it. It also does not look cheap. It has that industrial look. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase.
