Store your toilet plunger anywhere you like without worrying about making a mess. With the OXO Good Grips Toilet Plunger With Cover, you've got options. The compact plunger fits neatly anywhere, including under the bathroom sink, thanks to its right-sized handle. The smart cover has a tray that catches drips to keep your floors clean, and it stays locked in place when you need to carry the plunger around the house. The cover allows moisture to evaporate and ends any worries about accidentally bumping the plunger against other items in storage. The durable head extends outward for toilets, and folds inward for clogged sinks and bath drains. The plunger handle has a wide, flat top that absorbs pressure as you work for efficient, painless plunging.

Cons: The rubber on the plunger is way to stiff to both make a good seal or retract up after a downward thrust.
After several months of trying to use this, I can say it's useless as a toilet plunger. The fact it doesn't make a good seal means very little water pressure is directed down the drain. You also can't make good advantage of an upward pull because the rubber isn't soft enough. I have had to go get my trusty brand X plunger from the basement (probably cost $4 at local hardware store) to remove any blockages after trying first with this OXO plunger for several rounds of plunging/flushing/waiting etc. My old cheapie worked every time within the first minute.
At end of day, pretty enough for the bathroom, but not very useful.
