High suction power, loved it

This vacuum was recommended to me by a family member and I love it. My small unit has both tiles and carpet and it works effectively on both. It's light weight, easy to use .It has a long electrical cord which makes easy in the movement. High suction capacity. Can be used on the floor or can be used with the vacuum pipe given for narrow area.

There are not enough instructions to understand how to put it all together and operate it efficiently. The instruction manual is useless so we searched online. It appears that there is a small hose missing so we functioning at half usage. Once we were able to get in functioning the suction is fairly good, however, it sounds like a truck going through the house. Very geared to the Asian market. Have to stoop over to operate ( handle not high enough) and the cord is good only for a small room.
Update: after a couple of uses now the suction is gone!
Hate this machine with a vengeance!

Much better than I expected. I had been using a cordless vacuum cleaner that didn't really work on carpets leaving a lot of fluff and hair behind. This upright vacuum works brilliantly and gets the carpet looking like new. The mains cable could be longer but I'm still very happy with the product.
