they came packaged fairly well with one of the yellows being a little out of place. The colors are perfect if you're looking to refill your 24 tin set of Paul Ruben's paints. The tubes could probably refill a half-pan about 3 times fully. Overall very good quality and pretty decent amount for the price.

Tubes did not look new, had to return. Unfortunate cause i was looking forward to using these colors. There were paint on the brand new tube. And the folds that seal the paint tubes were clearly not from the same set (one tube was folded one way, and others were folded in a different direction). See pictures for deal.
