I hate these place mats. They look and feel nice, they look and feel premium. That's where it ends though.

What I hate:
- absolutely no protection for your surfaces. The texture of the placemat is perforated and has thousands of holes. Don't spill anything on unprotected surfaces
- its been weeks and they STILL haven't flattened out. Even after placing wood and heavy objects on it.
- hard to clean. First time we used these was for a bbq and some sauce got in the little grooves. It took forever to clean despite soaking in hot water. Can't put them in the dishwasher, either.

Other than looking nice, these are useless to me.
