This is a strict no sugar almost no salt, plant based diet, so if you follow it, the weight will come off. The workbook is really all you need if you’re trying to do the plan. There are a few companion books and I just had the cookbook which is very incomplete and didn’t realize until i bought this how strict the plan was for 2 weeks AFTER the cleanse. It’s tough!
The cleanse really does make you feel better and keep you’re cravings and appetite under control. But I relapsed after a trip out of town. It’s just too hard to follow if you have to leave your house or don’t have time to cook EVERY day (she recommends meal prepping but I always forgot or missed something and ended up cooking something every day).
Anyway, I’m going to try again now that I can see the day by day meal plan because I have all the symptoms she outlines in her book (briefly but sufficiently described in this workbook) and I was impressed with how the cleanse made me feel.
