Happy with the lightweight material - kept me cool even under the Summer sun. I would suggest going one size up if you're tall and slim - the torso sizing was fine but was quite tight around the shoulders/arms. The hood offers good neck/ear sun protection but slightly oversized. Overall though, very happy with this product and no regrets on the purchase.
Haven't tested product in sun yet, but the fit is great for me. 6'3" 160lbs. I ordered a large because i wanted it to be some what fitted but was worried about the length. Length wise the large is great on arms and torso. If you don't want to have that slightly looser than under armour look I'd size up because these seemed to be designed for slimmer builds
This shirt is comfortable and works great for fishing, hiking, or jogging. Sizing does run one size smaller in the chest area, felt just a bit tight across my shoulders and chest. Occasionally thought it would rip if I reached for something or stretched my back. It is very light right and on hot days I'm able to stay cool wearing this.
My husband normally wears a XXL, but given the fit description I ordered a XXXL. It fits for the most part well, covering the potbelly not too snuggly. The part he complains of is his forearm muscle, which is more built related to working construction. Luckily the fabric has some give so we were able to pull and stretch it a little to get it to release a tad. All in all, he said it’s very breathable in the Arizona 103 degree heat. I will likely buy more, as he is using them for work shirts.
Product is really nice for the money. However, it runs SMALL. I'm normally an XL so I bought an XXL and even then it's too small for me. It's tight in the armpit area and the wrist. The length is good though. I'd you're a smaller person you might not have a problem but for the bigger guys and girls I would go 2 sizes up from your normal.
