To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I like how the apron looks, its length, the ease of cleaning, and the ease with which I can tie the strings. However, it's like it was spray starched with an entire can of starch. I'd hoped for something much softer. I wrote to the company and they were very accommodating, hence, the four stars.
I bought these to embellish with paint, but they are too water resistant, and paint won't stick. It wasn't a great choice on my part -- I should have been looking for 100% cotton. They are well-made and inexpensive, a good apron. The Customer Service Dept. was very responsive and refunded my money! If you're looking for a simple apron, try these!
I bought this so as not to splatter food on my clothes when I cook, as one buys an apron for. It's works. The only thing is that I wish you could buy a single one and not in a pack of two as I don't have a use for a second apron. I suppose it's good as I have one to use if another is thrown in the wash, but that's my only complaint.
I have gone to all black in my kitchen; hand towels, flour sack dish drying towels and aprons. I was tired of seeing stains on these items and am not a fan of bleach with its negative effects on ground water. Years ago I bought a set of black aprons which I loved but over time they wore out from constant use. I was guided by the high reviews for these aprons and, on the whole, they are fine. However the fabric feels so artificial, like a plastic or totally lab created substance. I suppose that is what makes them stain resistant but they have a very strange feel to them; stiff and not flexible. I pressed them and they kind of responded but not all of the wrinkles released. I will keep them because at the price point they are a good buy but not 100% sold on them.
Not exactly what I had imagined but good enough to use. These are quite thin and very waterproof. The fabric is sort of slippery and doesn't hold its fold. No complaints just buyer beware. These are in my opinion semi-disposable.
I appreciated the multipack which I bought to wear in my art studio. I was a bit disappointed that paint went through and stained my clothes below the apron. So perhaps waterdrop proof but not for paint.
These aprons were perfect for me. I’m a mail tech and needed protection for my clothes. I only which the adjustable strap near the neck worked better & the pockets were slightly higher up. Besides that they are durable, water resistant & perfect for the price.
These are great quality and love the adjustable neck strap. My only thought is they are very long waisted. I fold mine up at the waste and tie. It works great. I’m not short but I have a short torso. So if you take that into consideration you’ll get the best bang for you buck in quality and durability.
