DEXA similar results

I just came home from a DEXA body composition scan. I was happy to see the delivery of the scale and in good packaging. I was amazed at the results from the app. Both my mother and I each downloaded the app and our results from the Renpho scale have us almost identical metrics that we have in our DEXA report. I like that the app also gives other metrics to follow giving you an overall idea about your health. I'm so happy to know it's able to give trends on the app. Instead of paying hundreds for a DEXA scan, go for this scale while is out there! I've previously paid over $200 for a brand name medical scale and it was bulky and no additional features were available without a subscription!

Waste of money. App doesn't work device doesn't pair.

unfortunately just wasted $50 on this instructions say how to paid it. Device doesn't want too. Trouble shooting says to do it a certain way according to the response Device works so you can't log issue with them. Well scales turn on and charging works... but this product is unless for everything else. As it requires the product to Bluetooth and connect to your phone, needs the product to work for that. Even tried just pairing after a hard reset via settings on my phone without app and it still won't connect.

So buy your self a basic digital scale don't waste paying extra for this ones features like I did as it doesn't work.

Scales are fabulous and with a lot of information on the App but there is one disappointing feature in as much as the digital readout on the scales can be in lbs or kg - if stones/pounds are required this does not show although it does on the app.
Just a little annoying if you want an instant readout without having to open the app which does read in stones/pounds if set to do so. I contacted tech support who were very helpful and have confirmed this is the case.

He puesto tres estrelas porque si creas un perfil normal y otro con el modo atleta te da resultados totalmente diferentes. Por ejemplo hago pesas desde hace muchos años y este año por varios motivos, no pude ir al gym, perdí masa muscular y compre la bascula para hacer seguimiento de mi peso porque ahora entreno regularmente. El caso es, con el perfil atleta me salia 15,90% grasa corporal y en modo normal 24,4% grasa corporal, entre otros, por ejemplo la masa muscular, grasa subcutánea etc cambiaba todo. Corregirme si me equivoco. Me gustaría saber el motivo que hace cambiar estos resultados, siendo que mi cuerpo es el mismo y no entiendo porque se cambia. Pongo enmodo atleta y cambia todo 😂. Explicarme y cambio esta reseña. Porque no tiene sentido.

Firstly, for the price, the scales look nice and seem well built. The app is decent enough but should be more customisable. My problem is I don't want to use the app every time I use the scales. The display is in kg or pounds only. All cheaper scales allow you to show stones which would be much more useful. This must be possible as the measurements in the app can be set to stones.

My son has a set of these and weighing myself on his gives a completely different %body fat reading vs my rhenpo scales. 5% points difference which is huge. All other measurements are the same. Tested on body fat % at the doctors and that reading matches my sons scales. So tend to think my reading is wrong. Debating whether to return them as faulty. Other than that their ok

These only measure in Lbs and you need the app for any other measurements.

Good scales. Get grimy in the bathroom quite quickly. Only measure in Lbs which is rubbish and thus you need an App to measure everything else or to convert to Stones & Lbs. For that reason, the ease of use gets 1 star. Had I have read and understood this I would not have purchased and would have chosen an alternative product.

Unit arrived yesterday and has been on charge throughout the night, display remains red. I’ve rest the the device as instructed when a previous reviewer had the same issue as myself and display still remains as red even after being on a further 3 hr charge. Decided to try my luck and weighed myself twice which resulted in two different weights varying by almost 1lb. Either they aren’t calibrating correctly or I definitely have a U/S device. Will decide on whether I ask for a refund or replacement later this morning...

Iv had this scale now about a year and a bit and never had a problem with it, but unfortunately one of the feet has fallen off and now the readings are inaccurate :( ! I see a few other people have reported this issue, so think its a fairly common issue :( ! Shame
