I'm typically a 4-6 or small (5 ft 5 150lbs) but based on peoples' suggestion I got a medium. Should've ordered my usual size. I could still wear these but they won't have the compression feel that I'd want in a pair of leggings. Otherwise loved the subtle design, they're squat proof, camel toe free, and I really liked the extra wide ribbed waistband. The teal is a little greener than pictured but still a great color if you're in the market for dark leggings that aren't black.
