My daughter who has been wearing only leggings loves this RUNNING GIRL 5 inches High Waist Yoga Leggings. the reasons she like about them are the high waistline and stretchable materials. the high waistline smooths/control down of stomach and the stretchable leggings are well fit body lines which also benefits while exercising.the materials are the perfect amount of thickness, so no worries of see-through.

Weird leggings, not truly high waisted, lack compression

I don’t hate these but they’re definitely weird. They aren’t very high waisted for me (they hit basically right at my belly button and I ordered the high waisted 5” ones) and that means they’re awkward. They also don’t have great compression, in my opinion. I have other leggings that offer much better support and compression and those don’t hold themselves out to be as good as these claim to be. If you are looking for postpartum compression or just compression in general I would not recommend these. They are also a very odd material, they’re thick but cheap feeling and I can tell immediately that these will pill very fast and they likely won’t hold up well to even gentle washing. They are also too short for me. For reference I’m about 5’8” and a size 8/10 pre-pregnancy. I am about 3 weeks postpartum and I can wear my old jeans again so that is an accurate size. I normally wear a medium/medium tall in leggings and I got these in a large out of fear they would be see through or too short in a medium. Maybe if I got a medium they would be tighter but they are already really short and like I said the rise is mid rise at best on me, certainly not high rise.

My only guess is that I was sent the 3.5” instead of 5”?

Tl;dr these are weird, not high waisted and lack compression. They’re a hard pass for me.

I'm a very small built woman. These are so snug I could barely get them on my skinny chicken legs...I was hoping the tummy control would be helpful for my post baby c section mommy tummy....nope. it is nice and snug and smoothing above the belly button....but that's not where you need tiny control. So if you are slim built, have a very toned mid section and very slim legs then these would be ok for you. However that doesn't help the 98% of us ladies who don't fall into that category! The fabric is also a bit ribbed which feels annoying.

Pro: they are black, and probably squat proof

Cons: wayyyy to small, odd feeling fabric, tummy control above the tummy not where you need it.

This product will not help women who are buying this product for the purpose of smoothing the mommy tummy. I know these are a compression garment but I have chicken legs and still struggled to get these on!

These aren't smooth like the add suggests These were shaped so odd and off I didn't even put them on. I got 4 pairs, two for me and two for my sister in law. So two different sizes as well. They were labeled as two different sizes but looked like they were the same. These leggings might be good for a girl without curves but for a woman who does and is also postpartum X3 these were a the worst online purchase I've ever made. Something you would find on "wish" or something like that.

They are pretty comfortable and super stretchy.
However I do NOT like that it folds over on the waist part. Everytime I bend over or crouch down the waist part tends to fold over and it doesn't hold in place. These are also pretty long on me. Overral I wouldn't get a second pair of these leggings. I suggest looking elsewhere for high-waisted leggings that actually stay in place on your waist.

I have some gastro issues (being assessed for endometriosis or any other gastro issues I have with crazy bloating and pains) and I got these leggings because normal pants hurt my waist now. I really love the thickness of the fabric as well as the firm, but plenty stretchy, waist on these leggings. Great length for me (5’6) and for daily wear, bloated or not. I usually have a 27-28” waist but I can bloat up to 38” or so on any given day or time. So I really appreciate these!

I was expecting these leggings to be a little longer. They hit me right above the ankle (I’m 5’6” and my legs aren’t that long) I like my leggings to fit below the ankle. Also, I thought the leggings were going to be a solid black color with no extra stitching patterns/texture. I was sadly mistaken. I like plain basic leggings so I was a tad bummed. Also, they’re a little snug and not in a compression type way. I always buy a large in my leggings when I go to Ross or Marshall’s so I thought these would fit like a glove. I was wrong. I guess I need to stick to my OG stores.

Two In A Row With Holes

I order this product and it fit great but the first pair that arrived had a hole in the crotch, like the machine just didn’t catch the edge of the fabric. I got a replacement and within four hours of wearing the seam in the crotch ripped and frayed. I’m a size 10, I’m 5’7” tall and 157lbs. I ordered a large and they fit well, so I don’t think it’s that the second pair was too small, it’s a product defect. What’s even more frustrating is that I could return the first pair to kohls, but that wasn’t an option the second time, so I have to return the first pair to kohls and the second to UPS. I won’t try this brand again.

I really can't say anything bad about these. I bought a large because I have big thighs. The pants looked small, but when I put them on they fit like a glove! The material seems pretty durable, but thin and breathable. Which is good where I live. I love the high waist!! I have 3 children and when I use the high waist underwear, they always roll down. These do not!
