I ordered a Small, I’m 5’4ish, athletic build, 125-130ish lbs, I’m typically a S top, and S/M bottoms for reference. These are great compression leggings! They stretch and give where they’re supposed to (knees), and compress where you need them too(🍑 and thighs). I bought these to jump rope in and they hold everything in place perfectly. The size chart recommended a M but I’m glad I got the S (I was going for a tight fit!) If you’re after a more relaxed fit and or not doing high/medium impact activities or workouts definitely size up, but I wanted and needed the compression and compression is what I got.

These are the best leggings ever, seamless waist and cute moto details. I plan to order more. I got a medium since I wanted a loose fit, but I’ll definitely get a small next time for a better fit. I’m mostly butt and hips and these are not what I call “butt smooshers” aka leggings that fit in the waist and smoosh your butt uncomfortably. This actually had room for a big butt lol. For reference I’m 5’4 118 lbs and next time I’ll get a small now that I know about the tush room lol.

These pants are worth the buy! In my picture I am pointing to where my belly button is so people can see how much higher it goes. I wore them all day and they stayed up which was great. They are true to size and are compression leggings. I’m 5’8 and 130lbs so it was good that the leggings went down to my ankles. Very satisfied.

I bought these to work out in. I love the high waist for leg day! They do stretch but they have a thick tight material! I am 5’10 140 my legs and butt are curvy. I am thin but I do work out! I like tight but not uncomfortable tight! I don’t think they will stretch due to the thickness! I am going to with the med but the small did fit! Just depends how you like your comfort level!

I have some gastro issues (being assessed for endometriosis or any other gastro issues I have with crazy bloating and pains) and I got these leggings because normal pants hurt my waist now. I really love the thickness of the fabric as well as the firm, but plenty stretchy, waist on these leggings. Great length for me (5’6) and for daily wear, bloated or not. I usually have a 27-28” waist but I can bloat up to 38” or so on any given day or time. So I really appreciate these!

I really can't say anything bad about these. I bought a large because I have big thighs. The pants looked small, but when I put them on they fit like a glove! The material seems pretty durable, but thin and breathable. Which is good where I live. I love the high waist!! I have 3 children and when I use the high waist underwear, they always roll down. These do not!

Although I'm normally a large, I decided to go up a size and it's a good thing I did because they feel more like a medium.
