I bought this product to protect an old abdominal incision during yoga. I’ve been practicing yoga for 10 years and am in good shape for over 60. Size medium seemed small, though I liked the support for my legs. The problem was the waist band, which immediately caused discomfort in my low back area. I’m returning the garment, though considering ordering the large size.

It runs very small. I got a medium and it fits like a small. I’ve orders a large and I’m hoping that will fit better. I like the leggings a little snug but it was too tight. If you are like a size 11 or 12 in pants I’d definitely get a large. A medium world normally fit me and not be so tight but with these they are not very stretchy. I do think they look very flattering though. Can’t wait to see how the large fits and try a workout in them. Just size up that’s all.

Fabric looks well constructed but when I put them on they did nothing. I purchased the
medium. Also they look like something you wear under some thing else.
I couldn't find a reason to keep them so I returned them immediately.

I expected basic, stretchy black leggings.
These have weird elastic lines all down the inside and outside of the seam. It’s like they’re trying to extra bond hour fat in.
Which I want.
But without the look of it.
I wish I had kept the packaging to return...
these are weird! I would have been better just getting a “gym shark” lookin pair of leggings...
