This clear runner does not lay flat and moves about a lot does not stay in place I nerley slipped on it I h brought it to protect my new lounge carpet and put it on top of the carpet where theres a lot of traffic across my lounge I have to keep pulling it across all the time ad it slides about all the time it came rolled up and the creases having come out of it after a month of putting it down it does not grip on the carpet at all

We were pleased that the vinyl sheet rolled out nicely and also stayed relatively flat. Having spend a while looking at reviews we also wanted something which was less toxic and chose this product because it was made by American family business and apparently without phthalates.

There is no question that these types of vinyl mats are thinner than they were in decades gone by, but we find this fits the purpose. We also didn't find any overpowering plastic smells which one or two people had mentioned. It's not the cheapest on the market but that's what you pay a bit more for.

I had hoped that as this was quite expensive it would be better and more sturdy than the cheaper one, I had already got.
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with it, if anything, it is worse than the cheaper ones. It was actually three times as expensive and my original one!

We needed heavy duty plastic runners to protect our carpeting while our small bathroom was being renovated. I didn't want that thin cheap stuff that I found at Wal Mart. So hence we turned to Amazon and they had this heavy duty plastic vinyl. Man is it nice and thick! So glad we bought from Amazon. You want to protect your carpet from dirty shoes this is really nice and thick. It did the job.

I like how easy it was to trim the material to a custom size. The product did not have any lasting plastic odor which was nice. What’s disappointing is that it simply does not stay in place. We have a three foot section in the carpeted area of our boat galley area. Within a very short period of time, the piece starts creeping and binding up. A stiffer material and longer teeth would be better.
