The product is really nice but I struggled with the installation. The instructions that come with this model did not apply and I couldn’t find any help videos. I finally got it up, so here a couple of tips so other DIY beginners can hopefully avoid the same frustration. Loosen the small screws with the allen wrench and take the brackets out of the holder. Pre-drill a small hole for each of the screws, then flip the plate so the edges face OUTWARD. This was my big mistake. Once you get the plates screwed onto the wall, place the holder on top, then screw in the tiny screws with the allen wrench. And that’s all there is to it 👍😃 Hope this helps!

I love this toilet paper holder. Its simple but very unique. It might take some a little time to figure out how to install it and I get that but for me it was very simple but I am good with things around the house and I've seen similar designed products before with the brackets and allen screws.

Here's how I installed it. I got a level and held it flush to the wall. I then laid one of the brackets on the level and marked the holes. I took the level down and then put the bracket facing outwards and screwed in by lining up to my marks. I then measure the distance to the second bracket and repeated. Make sure your brackets both line up and are level with each other. Use a level to do this. It's much, much easier. Then after both brackets are mounted, unscrew both of the little allen screws attached to the bracket enough so you can slide the holder onto the brackets.
I hope this helps someone.

I bsolutely love this product! It's sturdy and looks elegant enough in our bathroom. It is also extremely functional, in that it is easy to change the toilet paper roll (just slide it off, slide on a new one!) and it's shape doesn't allow for the toilet paper roll to loosen too quickly/easily and fly off. I chose to install it vertically to save space and for the aesthetic, and I have no regrets. A great product that I would not only recommend, but purchase for the entire house.
