I had a lumpectomy for breast cancer. The doctor recommended a sports bra be worn day and night for a month after surgery. This bra worked well for me. I liked that it hooked in the back and that I didn't have to put on over my head because of the pain raising my arm.
I first wore this for a 5k and as often as I can even time I run. This bra supports a DD cup with negligible bounce. The adjustable straps make for a more comfortable fit. It would only be better by being a t-back so I could wear it without my thick straps showing.
Buy it. That’s all I can say. I love love this bra. Bring bigger chested it’s always a gamble buying a bra. But I’m telling you it’s worth every penny. I’m in love. So so comfortable and flattering. It doesn’t make your boobs look squished in there.
Another nope. Straps are really long so even adjusting as short as they go is too long for me. Cups make a unibody and the metal clips the straps go through turn sideways under heavy load and rub. Sticking to Glamorise for these dds.
