Extremely disappointed-terrible fit.

The sound was excellent when the earbuds stayed in my ears. I bought these earbuds after I had done quite a bit of research. I have a Samsung phone & the reviews I read pretty good. I specifically wanted them for running & most articles I read said they were an excellent choice for sport. After the first time I wore them I realised I had made a mistake. I had to constantly adjust them and had them fall out of my ears a number of times. I was extremely disappointed by these earbuds and have since returned them. I am however very impressed by Amazon`s return policy.

I want to like these. They work seamlessly with my Note 20. The sound quality is good for earbuds, and the noise cancelling is solid. However, I have some major issues that ruin them for me.

Firstly, and this may be my ear shape, but they aren't comfortable for long periods and definitely do not stay firmly in ear. They do come with various size rubber doohickeys but unfortunately none of them help to keep them in my ear. There's absolutely no chance I could go jogging without them falling out -- and in fact even when talking, they start slipping.

The other gripe is they have a touch function which by default hangs up a call, and even when I set to "block touches" somehow they consistently reset that setting. So when they start to slip and I need to adjust them, I am forever hanging up on people. I've tried resetting the buds, disconnecting, updating the wear app, and still they randomly turn off that block touch setting! Googling has found others with the same issue but no solution. Really disappointing.

Used it with S9+. Sound kept muting at irregular intervals during music and movies. Its not like a pause more like skipping. There is silence for a couple of secs then the sound resumes. Tried full charging. Tried gaming mode etc. The sound is great but the muting takes the fun out of it.

Almost returned it. Turns out all it needed was a cache clear of the Bluetooth app under settings. Working beautifully now for the past 1 hour. Will see iow it goes for a couple of more days.

I am keeping these for myself if they keep working without issues.

The sticker on the box clearly says that this product is for sale U.A.E., so yeah, it is grey import (at least when you buy from "booksandgiftsemporium"). But the item is brand new, and the price is quite a bit lower than RRP, so I'm not going to complain too much. Never had to make a warranty claim with Samsung tech, so I'd rather have some instant savings than the local warranty. The fit is okay for me with the smallest tips - the buds are not falling out when I walk or run or even shake my head :)

Great wireless experience

It's taken me a while to make the jump to wireless headphones and I've been pleasantly surprised by the buds pro.

The good:
- Great sounding. They have nice tight bass, good vocal presentation and a nice sparkle in the top end. The mid-range is generally good as well but in some music I would like it to be a little more lively.
- Light weight, you don't know they're there.
- They fit my ears nicely but your mileage may very. The tips plug in comfortably and the buds rest slightly on your lobe. They initially felt awkward like they weren't in properly but I got used to it pretty quick.
- Excellent battery life so far.
- Excellent connection strength with your phone (mine is S21). I lose signal about 10m at the other end of my house.
- Excellent call & microphone quality
- Great feature set for those into it - ANC, pass-through etc. all work well.
- Excellent integration with a Samsung device, wearables app is good.
- Touch controls generally work well, I'm still getting used to this and often tap the wrong number of times or whatever so I'm not so taken with this method of operation. I usually just use my watch to control everything but the volume, for which I use the buds.

Long way to go

Initially bought them so i could ride my motorbike with some sweet tunes and maybe try and hide them under my beanie so the boss man wont see them at work, but because they stick out so far i cant get my helmet on with the buds in and with a beanie on, it projects a shape that looks nothing like a normal ear. Other than that, noise cancelling is the one that caused me the most stress. Working in an environment where people need to communicate regularly with me, i needed to start every conversation or the music didnt stop and when it did it took ages come back. Upset me greatly when i noticed i couldn't sing along when this feature was on, but worse than that the music stopped when i cleared my throat or even hummed to the music. Ambient noise setting is an interesting and probably not a bad feature though. Tapping the ear bud can also be a pain when putting them in your ears, does all sorts of things i didn't intend.

Battery life is surprisingly good, i didnt realize that the case charges the buds which made my day and its good for two life cycles of the buds. Sound quality even better. I feel like these would be much better suited for someone that doesn't live my life, not that samsung was catering for me but a lot of money spent for a lot of disappointment.

Was and am a still sceptical as to why price was cheaper then retail price in Australia. Previously bought one from JB HIFI, so comparing the two boxes i found that there were more details in the one from Amazon. Also, am not sure whether this one has Auatralian warranty or not. The Samsung warranty information in the little booklet is different one from JB HIFI Australia and the serial number on the usb charger is more visible compared to the JB HIFI Australia. Other than that, everything seems to be functioning like the one I bought from JB HIFI Australia and it automatically connected when Bluetooth was turned on. HOWEVER, the left ear bud is making muffled noise when switched to ANC or Ambient mode and have processed a refund after using it 1 day.

Amazing features.
Purchased on a really good Amazon deal.
Have only been using for less than a week.
Sound quality very good.
Galaxy wearable app makes features easy to find and use. ( Have a Galaxy A51 phone )
Must be me , but I can seem to find a comfortable fit , at this stage I do not think I could wear them more than a few hours .
Tried all the tip sizes, but they have fallen out a few times and I do not know if I can trust them to stay in- I am afraid I am going to lose one down the track.
Maybe in ear buds are not my thing ?
I will review again, after another week or so..

I have smaller ears and haven't used earbuds for decades because they never fit. These fit my ears well and the only issue i have is that the one in my left ear gets loose overtime. So if you do have ears on the smaller side i wouldn't recommend using while you workout; otherwise they're great and the noise cancellation is very good at blocking 90% of things like doing dishes or someone watching TV, it won't block those louder things completely but it'll make them very quiet
