Uneven legs

I returned these because the legs were uneven. Had they been better quality I would have kept them for lounging around the house or pool/beach. But for $20 I returned them for that quality issue. The waist band extends over the entire stomach and I found that elastic itchy. If you roll the top down to the belly button area that would fix that issue.
