As my reverse-cycle air-con is a bit older (around 5 years), I was worried the sensibo sky might not work with it, but it was easy to set up and works perfectly. The only issue I have had is when I had it plugged in at a place that wasn't in a direct sight line of my air-con but once I moved it is fine. The app is very easy to use and the controls are much more intuitive than my old air-con remote. Works perfectly with google home as well.

I’m actually very disappointed in this. For the price it sure does have a lot of issues. If you want it for the sole purpose of using with Amazon Echo it’s a waste of money. When I ask Alexa to turn on AC it processes the command but then says the device for Sensibo isn’t working. Perhaps Sensibo needs to roll out an update to fix this?

The good news however is if you haven’t brought this for voice command, the sensibo app for the mobile phone works perfectly. No issues.

We own 6 Sensibo devices and they work well. I'm using them with the Daikin aircons and they have been perfect.

Our home environment has 8 Alexa devices and all the Sensibo's are connected straight to that. We have setup our Automated home with designated areas so "Master", "Theatre", "Bed Room", "Office". Then the devices are named depending on what they are "x Fan", "x Aircon", "x Lights", so for us, we simply say "Alexa, turn Master aircon on" or "Alexa, turn Master aircon off".

We have also gone through and setup climate react (aircon auto turns on when room exceeds 25 degrees between the hours of midnight and 6am), and location awareness as well.

Our environment is setup as per below:
Master - Climate React between 12AM - 6AM: If Temp > 25 Degrees, Cool room to 23 Degrees. If Room 23 Degrees, turn Aircon Off
Bedroom - Climate React 24/7 (stops the teen from leaving the aircon on all the time), if room less than 22 degrees, turn off
Living Room - If all devices outside of house, turn aircon off
Bird Room - If temperature above 27 degrees, turn aircon on. If Temperature 25 degrees, turn aircon off. (We keep our macaw indoors)

In addition to this, we also have routines setup "Alexa, prepare the Theatre", when this command is issued, it turns the aircon, lights and TV on in our theatre, ready to go.

App control and web is great. There are some things that the web can do better, and other things that the app can do better. Overall, the product works well. The only downside is price, so I recommend holding off for when they go on sale. I have never paid full price for a Sensibo and usually only buy them when there is a $30-50 off promo.

Cool Idea and Good Execution

As I'm trying to better automate and smarten up my home, I decided to buy this so I can control my air con from anywhere in the world as well as with my Google Home. And I've gotta say that this product is pretty darn cool. The set up was simple, all I had to do was point my remote at the Sensibo Sky, press the on button, and the Sky worked out the rest. Now I'm able to adjust the fan speed, temperature, on/off, and cool/heat mode all from my phone and my Google Home. My only issue with this product is that if you try to adjust the temperature too quick (spam the up/down button), the Sky does get really confused and eventually crashes, that just requires a quick unplug and replug, and the bootup time is super fast. So I'd recommend taking the product slow on your phone when adjusting things. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I own 2 sensibo's and it's a near perfect device except both times I couldn't set it up with my Galaxy s8+. Luckily I had an old iPad laying around otherwise they'd have just become paperweights. Other than that and it's an absolute 5 star product.

1- This works ok. It sometimes misfires meaning it tries to turn on the AC but does not actually turn it on despite being at a clear view of my AC.
2- It is a shame that it cannot control more than one remote. I have a TV in the same room as my AC. it would have been nice to control that as well as my AC but this only controls my AC.
3- for just controlling the AC, it's a bit overpriced.
Overall, not bad.

Works well and does what it describes. If all you need is the ability to control it, just go for a Broadlink RM Mini 3, this is way too expensive for just turning stuff on and off and adjusting temp. But its great value of you want all the features it comes with. Not charging a subscription for the service is a great (and rare benefit).

Produit qui fonctionne parfaitement avec un climatiseur PANASONIC CU-5E34PBE et probablement avec beaucoup d' autres !.
Ces boitiers pilotent votre climatiseur en simulant les signaux de la télécommande de celui-ci.
Ces boitiers étant connectés au réseau wi-fi de votre domicile, il sera possible de piloter vos climatiseurs depuis votre smartphone où que vous soyez dans le monde. De plus Sensibo Sky est compatible avec Alexa en Français, ce qui permet après l'avoir paramétré de piloter vos climatiseurs à la voix !
La configuration des boîtiers est très simple, il suffit de télécharger l'application Sensibo Sky sur votre smartphone, de bancher le boitier sur une prise électrique, de lancer l'application afin que celle-ce puisse vous guider et suivre ses instructions pas à pas. Il faut moins de 5 minutes pour configurer un boitier. Notez qu'il faut posséder la télécommande originale du climatiseur afin que le boitier Sensibo reconnaisse celle-ci et puisse à son tour reproduire des signaux de cette télécommande.
A noter que sur une clim PANASONIC, on peut allumer/éteindre, régler la température, régler l'intensité du soufflage, mais pas l'inclinaison des volets du climatiseur.
Points positifs :
- Fonctionne vraiment
- Facile à configurer
- Compatible avec Alexa en Français
Points négatifs :
- Ne reproduit pas tous les signaux de la télécommande (par ex inclinaison des volets de ventilation)
- Le cable est un peu court (1m20 de long)

Un idea geniale per traformare il vostro condizionatore in smart, oppure se é giá smart ma come nel mio caso smartthings non funziona e la app del produttore chiede troppe password e gatcha per essere usata fuori dalla rete di casa questa é la soluzione. Replica perfettamente la maggiorparte delle funzioni del telecomando (tranne orizontal swing e spegnimento display di notte nel mio caso) ha una app molto bella e intuitiva e il "climat react" funziona spledidamente.... cos'é il clima react ? vi faccio un esempio:
Se la temperatura é superiore a 27gradi accenditi e portala a 23, mentre se é inferiore di 18 accenditi e portala a 21

Configurazione semplicissima e immediata.
Compatibile con climatizzatore della Climaveneta (sotto marca Mitsubishi) non presente nella lista dei clima supportati.
Ha praticamente tutte le funzionalità che servono, per ora mi sono limitato all'utilizzo base e sono più che soddisfatto.
Di negativo c'è che secondo me il prezzo è un po troppo elevato ma consiglio sicuramente l'acquisto.

Le thermostat de TADO peut aller se rhabiller, c'est une usine à gaz à coté de ce contrôleur Sensibo Sky qui est juste parfait pour le Control à distance, il reconnait 90% des commandes principales à part les trucs spécifiques duent à ma clim (fonction 6 senses Whirpool). Les fonctions froid, chaud, ventilateur et déshumidificateur sont reconnues, les vitesses de rotation, le swing et bien sur la température, ca parait évident mais ce n'est pas le cas du Tado qui ne reconnait pratiquement rien.
La configuration est simple et il est possible de le programmer avec des seuils de déclenchement, ca parait évident aussi pour un thermostat ....
Je suis donc très satisfait de ce produit, pour un prix inférieur à la concurrence.
Je précise que cet avis est totalement indépendant.

Es el aparato mas "arreglado" de precio de los que hay para el mismo uso. ¿Una frikada?, puede, pero tienes el control de voz de Google del dispositivo (en este caso un Daitsu) para parar/arrancar, control de temperatura, aparte del control "inteligente" de la misma aplicación del Sensibo, donde defines umbrales automáticos.

Decir que el soporte online funciona a la perfección, respuesta en 24 horas y trabajan hasta arreglarlo. En mi caso tuve que cambiar el DNS para que pudiese conectarse a Internet a actualizarse y acabaron de configurarlo en remoto por la cuenta de su web.
