Okay it took me a minute to sort out how to put these together but once I did, they were beautiful! The black plastic tool is very important. We used them for a summer tea party. They held very heavy flowers.

Very poor quality, once put together they’re not straight. Also didn’t come with instructions and was missing a piece to screw it together and hold it in place. Would not recommend for the price. Very disappointed.
