Update after 4 months. Haven’t worn this much as I prefer my other shock absorbers but the stitching has started to come undone. If you have a small back but big cup size, I wouldn’t recommend even if the stitching hadn’t unravelled.
Previous review: Having used Shock absorbers for 10 years, I was prepared to go up a band size. I usually wear a 32GG but bought a 34 G. I would prefer a 34GG but they do not make GG in this style! In this style, go up a band size and keep your cup size the same.
Pros: Racer back (why I chose this) Lined (reduces skin irritation) Straps do not slip
Cons Not quite as good a fit as my other shock absorber (called Shock Absorber D+) as that style comes higher up the chest offering more support. The D+ style is better if you have a small back but larger cups as it is designed specifically for fuller boobs!
This is the second shock absorber bra I have tried. My size is 32 band which I ordered and couldn't get the two bands to meet so I sent back at a cost and ordered a 34 thinking that would be adequate and again, the two bands did not meet so yet again had to return to Germany at a cost. Total thus far just shy of £15 and I haven't got a bra. Wont do that again!!
Ordered my fitted size - which I have ordered previous sports bras in. This did not fit. Could not do up. I mean it was at least a good inch and half away from fastening. Received yesterday - return label printed today
