I bought these to paint my sculptures, and I was after something with decent pigment, opaque coverage, and a liquidy flow. A typical craft paint. I'm actually a bit shocked about how these compared to similar paints. I'm really pleased, they tick all the boxes. There's a large selection that doesn't double up, it feels like a lot of great options, and the box itself is a great was to organise, with the colours already labelled on the lids. This is a really good set if you're in the market for a cheap set of craft paints. I thought I'd be settling in for some compromise, but they're perfect! I'm going to grab the metallic set next!

Quite disappointed with this product as the colour is quite sheer, it is not as pigmented as I expected it to be, it needs to be layered to achieve the colour you want. I think the more serious problem with is that it comes with a pungent smell which not only makes my eyes water but I also got a headache just after 10 minutes of painting. I know it It says that it is non toxic but it seems to be giving off fumes and has put me off painting with it at all.

The paints are pretty thin, much thinner than standard acrylic. There is a good range of colours, but I think are better for young kids painting. Also had a strange effect where after only using blues, the paint dried with pink streaks.
