Brilliant to use but a problem to clean and dry

This mat does everything it claims to do except it is NOT easy to clean. I used it about 3 times and had to put it in the trough in the laundry to wash it, then hang it on the washing line to dry because it's too big to drape over anything in the kitchen. I might as well use the kitchen bench to roll pastry, its easier to wipe down.

I have used this to cover proving bread dough, rolling dough and pastry, instead of baking paper in the oven for baked goods (biscuits, meat, vegies), and in the sandwich press - just wrap the item in the sheet, and no sticking and very little clean up. Fantastic to clean, and it doesn't have a life of its own when it comes to handling. Nice and thin to manipulate. Great product.

I was baking a lot and always making a mess with flour. I bought this baking mat in the hope that I could keep my mess in one place and that would make it easier to clean up. This mat works perfectly and is the perfect size for kneading bread and big enough to contain the flour. I just pick the mat up and wash it after I have finished. It rinses off really easily. It just makes life easier. :)

Making Bread, pizza dough or noodles. This has stood the kneading dough test.
It did come up once while lifting the dough off. But this was a particularly sticky dough. I doubt any mat would have resisted.
I super love this mat. I'm so glad I bought this.

Typically I use wax paper to roll out my pie dough. This product works great. Doesn't slip, dough doesn't stick and the pie dimensions on the top are a real bonus. Great product for the money.

It's non-sticky saving a lot of dry flours and it adheres to the bench without slight movement. Only thing is you cannot treat it a a cutting board - no sharp knifes.

This is good because it's a larger size than usual so is easier to use for rolling out dough for breads/pizzas. The measurements do help. Only criticism is it's quite thin so not ideal for baking as it flops around a lot.
