I bought my first Turkish towel because I wanted something colorful, durable and easily washed as a throw for my favorite chair (which also happens to be my cat's favorite chair). It's large enough to cover the seat and arms. It's thin enough to tuck into the cushions so it stays put. It washes well and dries quickly. The fringe takes it out of the standard terry towel realm and gives in a bit of flair. I liked it so well I bought a second one in a different color for another chair (just in case the cat takes a liking to it). It's also makes a nice, lightweight throw when the weather turns chilly. Win-win product at a great price.
