This seems to be one that may have been returned. There was a bar missing for the bottom, there was a chip on the top. It's my fault that I wasn't able to return it, but I was waiting for my nephews to come for their visit. It seems to be holding up, but I like to get what I paid for. I've had a lot of issues with missing pieces to my purchases.

Everything looked good, but one of the frame poles had a messed up hole that the screw wouldn't go into. Now, since I missed the return window, I can't return it and get a new one :/

Update 2021: I was eventually able to get it assembled, but had to file some of the extra metal off around the hole then I was good to go 🤙 Still using it and it's working well
