Avoid this product. The dollar store down the street has better lights. The picture I attached is a lot nicer than it looks in reality. I figured for $60 I'd be getting something decent. It's small, crooked, and looks like garbage hanging off my ceiling.

I placed two separate orders because I ended up needing more than I originally thought (same seller). The cord lengths are different and the metal base is a different color. Other than that, I really like the product a lot. I wish I would have known that they cannot lie flat against the wall/ceiling like a wall-mounted decorative paper fan, which was my intended purpose, but they looked nice anyway with a 3M hook (I recommend a clear one that holds half a pound). I also didn’t expect the huge battery pack which is difficult to hide. I tried mini clip-on lamp shades that attach to chandelier lights and I considered using a chandelier cord fabric over the wire but the costs add up and it’d be like you’re buying three finished fixtures, without a truly polished finished look. So I would highly recommend these for any non-professional setting or non-formal setting unless you have a way to hide the cord and battery pack. For casual areas and casual parties, highly recommend. The remotes are immensely valuable for when they lights are hung high.

Photos and videos do not do these justice. I have one above my bed and it is perfect. With the adjustable settings I can fill the room with a decent amount of light, or dim it so my husband can sleep and I can still enjoy the light. Our friends had a huge outdoor party and with the DJ and everything, the breakers kept getting blown. We hung this light above the dance floor, set it to an active setting and danced all night. It lit the whole floor when all the other lights stopped working. It was perfect and beautiful! The best purchase I've made in a long time.

I bought this product as an option around the holidays for some extra lighting in my son's room. I absolutely love the lights.
I was first apprehensive by the use of power options (I ended up choosing the battery option) but it seems to be very economic in the use of the batteries; it has use of a timer, can be dimmed or brightened, and uses 4 AA batteries. I will keep you posted on how long these batteries last.
The battery pack comes with a hook on the end for easy setup, there is enough wire for you to even place somewhere and setup the light further (not too too far). The remote is easy to use and has very cute options for different lighting settings and has a very soft glow. Our family gives this item 5 stars.
I have a second light that I am not sure where to place next but I may consider buying more in the future for parties, etc.
