Best Practices for a Better, Safer Burn

Always use an appropriate candle holder or tray and place candle on an even surface safe from shocks that could tip the candle over
Keep wick trimmed to 1/4" and be sure to burn the candle for at least 4 hours when lighting for the first time for an even wax melt

Keep candle away from drafts that could cause the candle to flicker and smoke and to avoid possible spills
Never burn candle near flammable objects like towels, curtains, and plants
Use a long, heat resistant tool to dip the wick in wax to extinguish the flame rather than blowing the candle out to avoid wax spills

I ordered 200 of these candles after reading the description and reading the comments. even the video claimed to show 6 hours. However, I received these yesterday and tested two candles and they both died around 3.5 hours. This is a lie and I am requesting a refund.

I have been burning candles for forty years now....these are the best tea lights EVER!. Better than ikea and better than World Market Cost Plus, both of which are excellent quality and value. There are times when these candles have burned as long as eleven hours. Truly phenomenal. As for the reviewer who d they are just dumped loosely into a bag, they have changed that. They are tightly packaged in plastic in neat rows inside a cardboard box. Occasionally there are some that are slightly dented on the sides, but that is easily remedied by simply pushing it with a finger. I will hopefully be able to buy these for the rest of my life, which I hope to be long, lol. Honestly, I can’t recommend these highly enough!

Candles floated with and without the outer metal casing when placed in vases of water. However they did not burn for 6-7 hours as advertised. Of the 40 I lit at the same time, only 3 remained lit at the end of 6 hours. The rest burned out after 3 hours.

Muy buen precio por la cantidad que trae el producto. Dura mucho cada vela. Las uso con un difusor de aceite y agua y una vela dura para casi dos llenados del recipiente de agua (no es muy grande. Aprox 150 ml)
No echa mucho humo cuando se apagan por lo que no queda olor a quemado ni se ve sucio el ambiente.

These candles are as described. Glad I bought them over others. They are neatly organized in a box and none are crushed (which can cause the wax to burn unevenly and cause waste). I have not timed them but they do last several hours, an evening, and I like 8 hr for not having to swap them out as often. I have no issues with these and would recommend them. Totally unscented too, in case you're sensitive.
