I purchased this particular size for a professional project which is why I was happy to spend a bit more money. Living in the UK makes it difficult to find this particular brand in this size. When I found this, I thought I'd struck gold.
Unfortunately the seller failed to package this pad of paper appropriately, especially for an overseas delivery. The parcel arrived with holes and visible damage to the pad before even opened it. The turned open corners meant that the size of the paper was now compromised. In addition it was dirty from the exposure to the elements and manhandling.
The only way I could use this pad is to cut it down to remove the damage, which renders the product useless to me as I require the full size I purchased.
I contacted the the seller to express my disappointment, and they offered me a 30% refund and to keep the pad. I told them this was no good as the product was useless to me in its current condition. The seller replied and offered me a 40% refund as their final offer. I received no acknowledgement of the issue itself, just the aforementioned offers and there was no option for return.
Unfortunately this meant I had to file an A-Z claim through Amazon as the product was not fit for purpose and no other options or returns were provided.
I've since received a full refund thanks to Amazon but I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller. They accepted no responsibility for the poor packaging and delivery of this product and it took a formal claim to receive an appropriate and proportional response.
I read some reviews before purchase however I have just seen a couple which have cited similar issues. I think this seller needs to reconsider how it packages something as delicate as paper especially when its a premium product.

It arrived in good condition. I haven't used it yet. Bought it for large projects. I usually draw portraits. I have used strathmore before and love the quality and thickness of their paper. I would recommend.

Creí que era la versión de 9x12 pulgadas pues estaba 30 pesos más "barata", pero resulto que era de tan sólo 6.35x8.39cm... :v es que lo supe hasta después de comprar, fue más mi culpa la verdad, pero aceptemos que es carisimo, (pague $130 pesos) en ese caso hubiera cortado mi papel Strathmore Bristol 300 series Vellum, que de ese tengo mucho y así tendría más y más barato, un error que no volveré a cometer, si quieren comprar vayan por uno grande no por esto.Reviewed in Mexico on 25 October 2019
En resumen: Buen papel, pero pudiendo comprar uno grande y hacer tus propias tarjetas no le veo sentido al producto, recomiendo otras opciones. :)
Actualización muchos meses después de mi compra: Ahora que lo recuerdo, fui yo el que acepto el paquete, si no lo hubiera aceptado Amazon me regresaba mi dinero, ahí un tip para alguien a quien le pase lo mismo. ;v
