I have another button machine that I love so I was hesitant to purchase another brand....BUT this machine was easy to put together, works great, and simple to use! The value of this machine is outstanding. The packaging wasn't the best, the box I received was mangled and torn up but that was likely the postal service. I had several damaged metal shells because the bag was ripped and they were all scattered in the box, but the machine itself is well made so it didn't sustain any noticeable damage. I am very satisfied so far.

The cutter arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and received a response within a few hours. Seller requested my cell number to process the replacement. I didn’t want to provide it. They didn’t keep asking for it and went ahead and processed the shipment of a new circular cutter and some button blanks (without me asking). The badge maker is very good quality and very easy to use. I bought it to make the face plate for badge reels and planned on using them as Christmas gift to my fellow frontline nurses. This company obviously stands behind their product and believes in customer service. Will purchase from them again (already have 2 more purchases lined up)
