Purchased the Tineco Pure ONE S12 from Australia.
It's great and excellent suction. We use it on carpet and floorboards with plenty of dog hair and cat hair. It sucks it all up, no problem.
The S12 comes with plenty of accessories. We don't even them all. So very glad we did not purchase the Platinum model from Godfreys Australia (which costs >$1000).
Knocked off a star for a few minor reasons:
- Pet hair does get stuck in the flexible tube of the Multi-tasker power brush. Found suction dropped and eventually noticed the little warning sticker. You need to use their included 'hook' to pull it all out. Shame, but at least it does pick up the pet hair.
- If I could, I'd use MAX power all the time. But it drains the battery fast. Good thing there are two. I'm not convinced by the Auto mode. Feels like it's just a way to save battery life.
- Initially I wasn't sure if the included charger would work in Australia. Couldn't find anything on the Tineco website and through Google. Eventually sent a support request and they confirmed "The standard charging adapters have an Auto-volt feature wherein it adapts to the voltage-current where it is plugged in and the Standard voltage for our Adapters is 110v - 220v." This should really be listed with the specs in their website.
