Beautiful packable coat! Color is true red. Size perfect (ordered a medium , I’m 5’2” 130 lbs. Lots of room for a big sweater). Warm enough for regular Canadian winter day . Still wear my heavier parka for storm days.

Great style and shape but mine always had stray feathers poking through

I had purchased 2 packable down coats with the intent of seeing which was most suitable. I have to admit that I loved this coat because it's overall shape and styling were very flattering. Also, I liked that it had a hood and that the front pockets were zippered. I had a hard time making up my mind because the other coat I was considering didn't have a hood or zippered pockets and was a very slightly less-flattering shape. However, I noticed that every time I tried this coat on, I would find a few feathers poking out at various different spots. I know that shedding feathers can be extremely annoying in a down coat so I posted a question to the forum asking any previous purchasers whether there were any issues with shedding feathers for this coat. I have to say that except for a very small minority - extremely small minority - the majority of past purchasers reported no shedding feathers long into the coat's use. Yet every time I went to mine, I found a few more stray feathers. So sadly, I returned it. I think I may just have gotten a lemon and that's unfortunate because I really would have loved to keep this coat but I have had a terrible experience in the past with shedding feathers and I didn't want a repeat of that situation.

I really like this lightweight coat but unfortunately I had to return it because it was just a hair too tight across the bust for me. I usually wear a size 16 and am a 42D so ordered the XL. But I was very impressed on the quality of this coat - the seams were all finished inside and you could see it wasn't cheaply made. The fabric was so soft to the touch and overall a very light coat. For the price it was a good deal. I didn't get to test how cold resistant it is though but I'm sure you could wear it to about -5 to -10 celcius with a light sweater underneath. You won't be disappointed with this Tommy Hilfiger coat for sure!!

Belle couleur! (Rouge) plus léger que prévu, mais très beau. J'ai pris le moyen, mais c'est trop grand pour moi. 165cm et 57,5 kg. Cependant je pense que le petit serait trop étroit dans les épaules donc je garde le moyen.
