Over the years I have tried many pillows of all types and have found that I get the best nights sleep on a Latex Pillow
They give great support and never go flat or lumpy always molding to my head and neck no matter what position I sleep in
I normally get around 5 years out of a Latex Pillow before discarding it, this makes them excellent value for money
