I happen to come across this item looking for something else. The reviews stopped me and I read all reviews before making a decision to purchase or not to purchase. My concern was the fit. I've ordered these types of pants from another company at a much higher cost but they wouldn't stay up over my bottom and made getting into them a lot more difficult. I made the decision to order a size up just to be sure the'd be a good fit but actually prepared myself mentally to send them back. I placed the order and within a few days my order arrived. I pulled them out of the plastic and the first thing I noticed was how cute they were. The quality is top-notch and I love the pocket, this is such a plus. I also love the high waist band, made for a perfect fit. I worked out in the the next day and I could feel the the sweat rolling down my legs as I worked out. I would definitely recommend and would purchase again. I almost forgot, you can't beat this price. The one's I ordered from another company was $80 just for the pants.

Fit is good. I’m about 5’7” 207 lb and wear an XL size 16 pants. Ordered 3x. Length good, a little snug in the thighs but that is expected. (Chunky thighs). Little low in the back but stays put while walking / jogging. Covers stomach area really well too.

I gained weight from medication and was having a very difficult time getting it off. I’m supposed to wear compression pants to increase the circulation and blood flow from my feet to my heart. So I thought I’d kill two birds with one stone and sweat away the fat and get healthy circulation at the same time! I THOROUGHLY researched sauna/sweat pants. I wanted all the way to the ankle and not just capris. I narrowed it down to two different ones and bought these first. I walked an hour every day, ate my normal healthy diet (treats included) and wear these each time. In three weeks, I lost 13 pounds (not just water) and they got loose and weren’t giving me the compression I needed any longer, so I gave them to my daughter who also loves them! I ordered my second choice, which was a different material, but I absolutely love them, too! They were both by the same company… Training girl, and they are both pants I’m comfortable wearing out in public! They fit great.

When i took them out the package i automatically thought " too small".
I bought a 3x. Im 5'2 235 and typically wear 16/18 plus size.
I was able to bring them up passed the belly button to adjust the crotch area lol. They are tight fitting which ia a good thing. I was already feeling a sweat coming on. However, they are not as stretchy. I did a few slow squata and was safe. We will see how long they last. 4 outta 5 overall.

These pants will take your workout to the next level! I wear a size 14 to 16 in pants. I ordered a 2XL. The pants were easy to slide on and they weren't too tight. There is enough room in them that I can put on a pair of leggings and still be comfortable. The more you move in them, the more you will sweat. They tend to get a little heavy as you sweat, but that's to be expected. They sit high up on the waist without pinching or binding. There's an added benefit of extremely soft skin when you take them off. I suggest turning them inside out after working out to allow them to dry faster. Hand wash only, so consider getting a second pair at some point so you don't have to wash as much. If you like your pants really tight (like leggings) I'd go a size smaller.
