I have found cargo pants to be useful ever since I first encountered them years ago. It's nice to not have to sit on my wallet - and with the coming of smart phones, a pocket large enough to hold one comfortably is a boon.
The construction of these pants is a bit different. The cargo pockets and the back pockets all have flaps, but instead of velcro or button closures, they use snaps with pull tabs. They are also gusseted for extra capacity.
There are 2 seams across the front of the pant legs, one just below the top of the cargo pocket, the other just below. What I am finding is that the lower seam rubs against my knee cap when going up or down stairs. This could become annoying if doing something calling for a lot of climbing. It seems more a question of style than function.
Labels indicate these pants are made in China, and are 100% cotton. If I read the laundry instructions right, they should not be washed in hot water, and should be air dried. I'm going to make a guess that low-temp ironing is indicated, if at all.
As outdoor sports pants, these seem rugged enough, and the cargo pockets are certainly useful. The seam issue is the one thing that keeps me from rating these higher. It may not be as big a deal as these wear in more.

Nice straight leg cargo pant, well-made, fits a 35" waist quite well.
Reviewed in the United States on 30 September 2018
I'm a 35" and this pant fits just about perfectly, so if you're an odd size in-between even sizes, I suggest going up rather than down.
These pants are stitched alternatively in 3 row straight stitching and 2 rows, apparently for decorative as well as structural purposes. They looks great with perhaps the exception that the lower stitching on the waistband curves down to the belt loops. It's not terribly noticeable but it's an odd look up close. Otherwise, the stitching is very nicely done, parallel, and looks good.
Fabric is a cotton twill woven. Pockets have snaps on the flaps as well as small twill tape flaps, the zipper is a nicely beefy brass, and the flat felling on the sides appears strong. The shank button is all-metal and looks and behaves as though it's indestructible. Love it! Pockets are about standard -- not very deep but not shallow either.
I've washed these once, drying them in the dryer. They appear to have shrunk just very slightly (but I dried them on the hot setting). The material is light and not what I would consider even a mid-weight twill. Very comfortable kneeling and sitting in these with very little bulk at the back of the knee or near the crotch.
I also ordered the 34 so I will compare the sizing. For now, I think sizing up is the way to go if you're an odd size like I am.

“I really wanted to like these” - actually I didn’t, especially after I saw and tried them on. Seeing only a 32 waist in the description, I took a chance and as soon as I pulled them on for the first time I knew a mistake had been made- probably by me for assuming they’d fit. The waist was OK, but the cuffs dragged around the floor as I did not expect. I was curious so I measured the inseam and it was somewhere between 32-33”. I don’t know if seeing only one measurement listed means it’s “square (i.e. 32x32) but it reaffirmed my skepticism about buying clothes online. Iffy at best especially given size differences commonly found between different manufacturers.
Other than that, these are extremely ordinary, The material and construction is rather lightweight, and I’d probably blow through them a lot more quickly than some of my more durable brands.
I like my cargo pants ridiculous with pockets I’ll never use. There we have only the usual 6, and the pouch pockets seem almost ornamental, they’re deep enough but not that wide at the top. All but the hand pockets close with snaps, which are equally difficulty to open or close.
I like my seriously cargo-carrying cargo pants and depend on them quite a bit, so I’d take a pass on the Trimthread

Measurements for size 34, pocket sizes, no tumble dry?
Reviewed in the United States on 4 October 2018
The look of these is lived in, partly because the fabric is more wrinkly than usual unless you iron, and partly because the cargo and back pockets look baggy no matter what. I rather like that myself.
The Amazon description says there's 1% Spandex, but the tag says 100% cotton. I can't see any evidence of unusual stretch, so I think the tag is right. Except for the front hand pockets, which seem to be made of polyester.
The fabric is medium weight but the seams are heavyweight, with lots of double and triple seams.
Measurements
The waist on the size 34s I got measured 34-1/2" inside before I tried them on. That's actually smaller than most 34s these days, which usually measure around 36" (because we're larger than we think), but the waist stretches out to 36" without much strain, so they should fit fine if you usually wear a 34.
The inseams are 32-1/2".
The cut is normal in the seat and legs, matches my regular-cut Lee jeans.
Pockets (interior measurements)
The back pockets are 5" wide and 6" deep with 3/4" gussets on the sides and 1" gussets on the bottom. They have flap closures with double snaps.
The front hand pockets are 10" deep from just below the belt, about 5" deep from the bottom of the opening. About 6" wide.
The cargo pockets are 7-1/2" deep and 6-1/2" wide with 3/4" gussets on the sides and almost 1" gussets on the bottom. Flap closures with double snaps.
Care instructions
Machine wash cold, no bleach, line dry in shade, cool iron, no dry clean. I've never seen cotton pants that can't be tumble dried, so I don't know what that's about, but I intend to tumble dry them at least until they're almost dry.
