PRO:
-Pockets. 4 of 'em. And all plenty big. Seriously this is wonderful.
-stretch material, it's nice but not too stretchy. It hugs, doesn't cling.
-sewn on buttons are easy to repair or replace if something goes wrong.
-mid thigh length, not too short but not too long. Great for hot weather.

CON:
-sewn on buttons are more likely to break off than rivet buttons.... but if a riven button breaks off you have a much harder thing to fix. Honestly these shorts are perfect.

Lemme start by saying I flippin’ hate shorts. I have short little chubby Portuguese legs (a larger rear too) and shorts just never fit right. They ride up, they’re tight on my legs and I’m never comfortable. But I live in CA and we’re almost in the 100s already so I decided to give these a try. SO glad I did, they are PERFECT! My little pear shape fits these shorts like they were made just for me.. NO riding up, not tight around my legs, perfect length and SUPER comfortable! Bought a size 9. I’m about 5”2 145 lbs for reference. Lots of give and very flattering for those of us with curves. Buy them now you won’t be disappointed!

These are by far my new FAVORITE summer shorts. The pair I bought were a bit big, especially after wearing for a few hours, but I kept them all the same and ordered 2 more in the next lower size. The shorts have quite a bit of stretch…so I MAYBE could have even gone down 2 sizes. I am 5’8”, 200lbs although no one believes me when I say that, so I guess my weight is evenly distributed. In jeans I wear a 14 in women’s so I originally ordered the size 15 since it’s a Junior size. As mentioned I kept them because they’re comfy baggy but have 2 size 13’s arriving tomorrow. If there’s a huge difference or an issue of sizes being different because of the colors (I’ve read that the khaki is sometimes smaller than the blue, which is the 2 colors I have coming), I’ll update this post.
***UPDATE***
So the size 13’s arrived and there is a HUGE difference between the 15’s and 13’s! They were a BIT snug but because of the stretch, after doing a few calisthenics they fit well! So…it boils down to super loose or plan to stretch a bit before going in public.

For reference I am 5’8, 150 lbs, 40 inch hips, 30 inch waist. I bought the size 9 and they fit well. I flip up the hem on the leg openings to make them slightly shorter for when I’m wearing them casually on the weekends but would wear them rolled down all the way for work. They have nice big pockets which is so rare to find in women’s clothing so that was a big plus! They also have the perfect amount of stretch yet are still thick and durable. I bought the grey ones but will be purchasing them in other colors as well!
