I don’t recall the stretch part being the perimeter of the garment! The shrug doesn’t stay put when you try and wrap it over your chest. Inexpensive enough to keep instead of send back. Too much trouble returning!

Too Big! It’s funny but the other brand, that looks just like this, is one I ordered because of color at the time, “”Elesol” - both in medium. But this brand (URRU) does not fit as well as the other; this one is too big, and it is bigger than the medium from “Elesol”.
