This is very lightweight and perfect to cover a sleeveless dress or too. It’s dressy and has elastic in back for a flattering fit. The only issue was that it took a long time to arrive, so it might not work for a last minute purchase. It does fit true to size.

The shrug is beautiful but, still didn't conceal the parts of my arms that I needed concealed.
I thought it was somewhat bigger than a normal small size that I usually wear.
It was also quite a bit longer in the back than I thought it would be.
It just didn't work for me.
