I really tested these to the limit on a 100km walk. It would be hard to recommend them over my regular underwear, and at almost twice the cost, not terrific value spend either. After about 25km, I needed to change, they may wick sweat away down the gym, but on a warm day and a long walk, the problems of swamp ass and associated chafing were as present as with any other underwear I've worn.
Had a pair of these for almost two years that were super comfortable and incredibly hard wearing. Since 2018 many UA products seem now to be inferior. Despite being the exact same product name these under shorts are itchy and provide little relief from chaffing. The materials are said to be the same do not must be the manufacturing process that has made these much inferior than earlier versions. I'm OK with them as got for under £10 but if I had paid full price would be very disappointed.
Albeit just a couple of days, the product appears to be on top form. The area requiring delicate care and cradling, is delicately cared for and cradled. What else do you need to know? Size is true to normal fit, if a touch larger at worst.
Current projections show a steady decline in the need for and subsequent lack of purchase, of the lesser spoken anti-chafing cream.
