I like to buy really large cuts of meat, but none of my other roasting pans can accommodate them, so I bought this in hopes that it would serve that purpose. It fits my 30" stove's oven with a little room to spare, so it's as big as I can go, and so far, it works as a roasting pan very well. I lined the pan with a big piece of parchment paper (makes clean-up extremely easy) and was able to roast a large pork loin (that I bought from Costco). It cooked properly and evenly. It did have to sit kitty-corner in the pan, as it was a full loin of pork. This pan will easily accommodate the largest turkey - so long as it will fit through the oven door. :D
