It is easy to fill and easy to access. Have had others but this is the best for travel and at home. You cant miss your meds in this system. Pack a few weeks in advance at one time.

I love the fun rainbow colours. I like that I can take out an individual day and leave on the kitchen counter.
I don't like how hard it is to open the outer black box container and the individual containers are stiff to open too.
If you have arthritis I wouldn't recommend this style of pill container.

Convenient but imperfect

I just received my product and filled it with my medication for the week. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase as the product does match it's online description and I like the way that it organizes my medications. I especially like that it allows you to take a few days of medications with you on the go, without loosing the overall organization of everything.

However, I'm leaving a 4 star review because the material quality is not quite 100% up to my expectations. The pill capsules for individual days close and open easily and relatively securely. However, the cylindrical case that they go in is not made uniformly. The manufacturer needs to use tighter tolerances for the case's specifications, because right now some pill capsules for individual days are easier to remove/insert than others. Specifically, it is harder to remove and reinsert the yellow "TUE" capsule, than any other capsule, while it is easier to remove and reinsert the purple "SAT" capsule than any other. This is because each capsule is held in slots with slightly different widths.

While this flaw isn't a huge problem for me, it is a bit annoying, and considering how difficult it is to remove the orange Tuesday capsule, could actually be a problem if you have very weak hands or severe arthritis. This should be an easy problem to fix, and I hope the seller makes attempts to do so, because they'd have a five-star product if they did.

This has been a fantastic pill case, and I've been using it now for almost two years (Nov 2019). After many dropped and scattered pills with my previous case, this is just what I needed (especially with small dogs that think dropped stuff could be FOOD!). Both the outer case and the inner packs have VERY good closures. They snap tight and stay closed, but are also easy to open. I've dropped the day packs more than once and they've never popped open.
I'm dinging a half star because after about a year of daily use, the week labels wore off the sides. I can tell what day is what from looking at my husband's (same color coding) or just the position in the larger case. That said, I do have a label maker, and I am buying a second set so that I can prepare two weeks of pills at a time instead of one.

I like to simplify my life by preparing a few weeks of morning and evening daily medicines ahead of time so they are ready to go without the need to open lots of bottles every day (so tedious!). I was pleased that the “AM/PM doors” stay open pretty well so I don’t have to bother with holding each one open to fill it; that would have been a deal-breaker for me. I can lay all seven of the little round day-boxes on the table, open all the doors, and then simply drop in the appropriate medicines. Easy.

The failure aspect for me was the insufficient labeling of the AM & PM doors -- nothing written, just emoji-type images; a moon for PM, and what is supposed to be a sun for AM (but it actually looks more like a star). When rushing, I can see myself mistakenly taking the PM meds in the AM, and that would be a huge problem. In addition, the day of the week is written only once on the edge of each day’s pillbox. I solved both of these issues with my Brother Labeler, but I would have preferred that the manufacturer thought it out more thoroughly. I am happy now with large AM and PM labels on each individual day. I solved that by putting four name of the day labels equidistantly around the edges of each day’s pillbox. Now, the orientation of the little round day pillboxes within the week case is irrelevant, because I can always see a sticker saying Monday, Tuesday, etc. The rainbow colors are an aesthetic plus.

I have purchased four of these now, so I can do the somewhat tedious job of filling them just once a month, abd they appear to be sturdy enough to last for tears. For those without chronic medical issues, I can imagine you think this is a pretty silly review, but for people like me that have several major ailments, putting a dozen different pills in each compartment just once a month is lovely! I recommend these pill boxes, especially if they are purchased for someone who has access to a labeler to solve the aforementioned visual problems. (It would be terrific if the manufacturer saw this review and solved these issues for future customers!)

UPDATE 1 YEAR AFTER PURCHASE — These weekly pillboxes are still in like-new condition.

Hard to wash effectively

I like everything about this pill container except the way the center divider will get water under it when washed. I washed it upon receipt
(like I would any other item that would contain something you ingest)
The center divider of the daily containers were joined in such a way that water can enter the center of the dividers..making it very difficult to dry out. I was not able to put my pills in it..until it finally dries…maybe a hairdryer would force air into those tiny areas to dry it out?
Haven’t tried that yet though.

Update…
I’ve now discovered that the top CAN be snapped loose from the bottom so it can be washed and dried easily if needed. It’s a little hard to snap it loose..(do it firmly, but carefully grasping in the center)
After sending first review..upon closer scrutiny..I realized it had to come apart by the way it was made.

Really cute, but not good for gummy vitamins

I take half gummy vitamins and half other vitamins, and I wasn't even thinking when I purchased this that I wouldn't be able to fit the gummy ones in there, but depending on how many you have, it's a hard fit. I just barely get them all in and they are smooshed, so definitely something to think about if you are a gummy vitaminer like myself. Otherwise, it is super cute and I got it for the rainbow and circle shaped packaging.

I like that these are easy to grab and go when traveling. Seems to be sturdy and won’t open in my luggage. I don’t like the inconsistency in the word placement for the days of the week. As someone who’s been diagnosed with ocd, this is a bit of an issue for me as it messes with my mind.

The size is perfect if you are taking larger vitamins. It's surprising how much can fit in this organizer. I like the dark case and the colorful daily containers. I feel like the dark case helps protect the medicine from the light/sun. The daily containers fit inside the case very well and everything opens without any problems. The daily containers have a satisfying snap. The case doesn't snap like that but so far no problems with the closure and it already survived one drop from my desk.
My only complaint is that my brain has still not adapted to the sun and moon images instead of just the words AM and PM. Maybe it's taking medicine in the am before I really wake up but I really wish it just said AM and PM. I think I'm just going to write the words on there with a sharpie...

I bought this to replace a single 7 day twice a day pill box. I like how this one has separate boxes for each day. When going on a short trip, or out for dinner, I can just grab a single box for each day I need and they will fit in my pocket. I do wish the day labels were a little more prominent so that the positioning in the storage case isn’t as critical. Perhaps have it 4 or 5 times around the edge of the box so that you can see the day regardless of how it’s been placed in the case. And I like how the storage case doesn’t yell “HEY, LOOK WHO HAS A LOT OF MEDICATION!”.

The two-sided daily pill cases are good sized - one side is big enough to fit several large pills and supplements. If covid ever lets us travel again, the holding case is secure and will work well. My only complaint is that even after several weeks, the daily cases are difficult to open. It's just an annoyance for me but for someone with arthritic or weak hands it might be more of an issue. For this reason I'd give a 4.5 if I could.

I like how compact this case is. It keeps everything organized and can fit on a small section of my medicine cabinet shelf. The only thing I don’t like is that the lids are a little harder to open than other cases; they kind of hurt my hands. This makes it a bit difficult to fill them as well— you have to take each case out and open each one to fill. It’s somewhat tedious. Overall, I’d probably buy it again, but I wish there were better compact options.
