Initially bought a 2XL YIANNA Latex Long Torso Waist Trainer for 34inch - torso, 37.5inch - waist and about 42inch - hips, unfortunately it was a size bigger for me that I was able to hook on the 2nd row, immediately. After few days I managed to hook it on the 3rd row (smallest). I've been refunded 80%, advised by seller to repurchase an XL and finally received this Black Breathable Latex (XL) today. Although it's about 1.5inch shorter than the long torso waist trainer and doesn't cover my postpartum belly, it hugs my body well, very comfortable on the 1st eye row. I am looking forward to losing more inches on my midsection from today onwards.
Note: for example, my waistline is 37-38inch and it becomes 33-34inch after 4inch deduction, so I should buy an XL waist trainer since it fits the 32-34inch waistlines. Hope it helps :-)

I am 5’7”, 166 pounds and my waist is 41 inches. I don’t think any other measurements are necessary because this product is for my waist only. According to the size chart I was supposed to get a 5XL but after reading the reviews of women with the same height and waist measurements I decided to get an extra large. The extra large was perfect. It was tough getting it on, but was exactly what I needed. I did not want the corset Against my bare skin even though it is very comfortable material, so I put on a tank top then the corset then another tank top to smooth out the lines of the corset. This way you cannot tell that I am wearing anything underneath. Wearing the corset encourages you to eat less And also gives great back support. I have done workouts with it on and it’s comfortable. So far I love this trainer, cant believe how flexible it is while wearing it even with the 25 bomes, my only complaint which isnt even a real complaint lol is that it's such a good quality thick material that it doesnt make it easy to hook those latches and my arms arnt strong enough to do it up as tight as there ment to be done up, I could fit my hand under my ribs when wearing it but could barely latch it on the loosest clip. Hope that part gets easier over time, but because it didnt fit super tight it was comfortable, I could breath easily, just felt like a tight hug but I was very aware of my posture so looked taller and held my rolls flat so look better and more smoothed out. I found it so much easier to get it on today, I folded the part with the latches so they stuck out and were easier to fasten, I also wrapped myself in cocunut oil and saran before I put it on. Soooooo much easier, easily got it to second set of hooks where I struggled hard to get it on the first time. In future even if I dont use cocunut oil I'll gently wrap in saran before trying to fasten,then gently pull the saran out after its on

By far the best trainer I’ve worn yet. You absolutely cannot beat the quality for this price. I strongly advise getting the 25 steel boned trainer and paying the extra money..it is very worth it! It is the difference between actually getting lasting results or just looking cute. I am 5’3 and weigh 130 and I got the medium. I could’ve probably went with the small (I easily got down to the last set of hooks on my second day) but I am used to wearing trainers so I can handle the extra squeeze. I was able to wear this trainer for the usual 12 hours right from the very first day. But the trainer and get yourself in shape girl! 💋
