I'm giving it 3 stars because the sizing chart is not accurate. I even tried to listen to reviews and ordered a size up, but the sleeves are really short and the spandex is so tight in the wrist! I mean, UNCOMFORTABLE cutting off circulation tight. I'm 5'4. 116lbs, and typically wear a small. I had to send this back because the medium was awful. I reordered for a large. The hoodie itself fits good, but the spandex around the wrist is still uncomfortable. I've been pulling on it to try and stretch it out.

OCTOBER 2019 UPDATE: Shrinks, buy 2 sizes larger

I've bought 3 of these jackets now. I bought the black for my daughter and the dark gray for myself; I bought the dark gray twice because I accidentally left the first one behind on a road trip. Each of the 3 jackets are a little different. The black one is absolutely fantastic and I wish I would have gotten it for myself as well. The lining is plush, perfect sizing, comfortable, super warm, just a wonderful item. The original dark gray I got myself was a little less plush, seemed a bit short in the arms for me but overall fit very well. After accidentally losing it (still kicking myself), I thought well I'll just buy another! It was low cost in the first place and Amazon will have it zoomed out to me in only 2 or 3 days. Only the dark gray was Prime, so I elected to replace my lost item with the identical color but size up to large to get longer arm length.

My newest dark gray is disappointing. Less plush than the previous 2 items and the pocket openings are a little tight. Still fully lined, even in the pockets as advertised which I love, and it's still warm but it just seems to be 2 steps down from that first black one and another step down from the one I lost. The black jacket is the one to get.

My advice is to size up x1 for a relaxed fit, your usual size for close fit, and get the black color for the plushest, warmest feel.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2019: After washing (cold water), the zipper pull came right out of the teeth. I hope I can find a way to reattach it. I put it in the dryer for about 10 minutes to fluff and then air dried for 2 days. Feels tighter and the arms are definitely shorter (this is a size large for a 5'4" 125lb woman) If I extend my arms in front of me (think sleepwalking), the sleeves slip at least 2 inches up my wrists. Surely it couldn't have shrunk in only 10 minutes? It was still very damp when I pulled it out and hung it up. Those 2 things aside, it washed up nicely and even plumped up with the plush lining retaining its luxurious warm, satiny texture.

With extensive wear and now shrinkage, I would strongly recommend going up by at least 2 sizes to account for shrinkage and if you plan to wear warm clothes underneath because the lining thickens the garment substantially and it fits much closer than an unlined jacket. Oh and also I've found the hood isn't useful; it's shallow and short, barely reaches my hairline if I tug hard and slips off with the slightest of movements. Plan to have a warm cap.

I still love it though. It's so very warm and cozy.

Soft, seems of good quality. Tad bit smaller than expected. I'm a size large so I bought a large. I will not be able to layer underneath. But it's so warm that here in California I won't need to.

I ordered this in a size larger than I usually wear since some reviewers said it ran small. Other reviewers said it ran large, so one always takes a chance when buying anything online. I thought it was sherpa lined, but it looks like fake fur to me. It's too snug and bulky and not flattering on. It had a lot of white fluffs and threads sticking out of the seams on the outside which were visible and the zipper was very difficult to use. For the price, I did not think it was nice looking and I am returning it.

I am a petite 5’2 woman. I ordered a medium and it fit but I like my jackets a little big. I returned the medium and ordered the large. It fits much better. I normally wear a small. It has kept warm. Machine wash and hang dry only.

After reading reviews I decided on this brand. I ordered a size Large based on those reviews . I am 5'6 145 women. It fit a little tight and sleeves were a tad bit short and there was some delay in shipping about 2 weeks coming from China. I contacted seller immediately and response was they would send me size XL and I am to keep other one to share with someone it may fit. I just received my X-large and it is perfect! IT is so warm and soft!!! I will get some use before snow I live in West Michigan as of now with temps in 50's it is so warm!! Love it!
