I loved this sweatshirt, it felt so cozy and warm. I washed it and as I pulled it out of the washer I heard a "ping" and I looked and the zipper pull fell off. After a 30 minute attempt to get it back on, I failed at repairing it. I am not going to pay to go to a tailor and replace the entire zipper. Not worth the cost. Dissapointed in the quality of this sweatshirt.

Purchased as a gift for 2 friends, I ordered 1 small and 1 medium. The medium turned out to be large and was mislabeled, She was very uncomfortable and not happy about it. But did like the quality somewhat. I hope they can send her the right size. I even have a cell phone pic of the jacket label that shows Large, she sent me.

It's nice and fluffy and warm. Kinda heavy but great for winter and cooler weather. It's a little bigger than I expected so it's kinda baggy and not very flattering but not the end of the world. At least it's not tight and have weird bulging. Overall it's nice

Very long with a very tight band across the bottom. Also, the top has a tendency to fall off your shoulders unless the zipper is zipped all the way up or the drawstrings at the neck are tied. And drawstrings at the neck are a bad idea. Unless tied, they get wet if you wash your face while wearing the sweatshirt. The only good thing I can say about this is that it is completely lined, arms including. I gave it to my local animal shelter thrift shop.
