Large Skorts are fine - but not good for scent-sensitive people;

Nothing special but I wanted a pair of lightweight skorts to walk around in the central Texas heat - these work. I am 5'6", 162lbs and carry most of my weight around the belly. The XL was too loose while the L was comfortable. Also posted a photo so you can see that the 17" version is just above the knee; I agree with other reviewers, the longer version would be a bit dowdy.

Also wanted to warn anyone who is sensitive to scents that these skorts had a highly perfumed scent, even after washing. It is not unpleasant but I do wonder why they smell like perfume.

Love the skort but this navy blue one has longer shorts under it, the two black ones that I have do not and I like them a better, the reason could be because I purchased a bigger size, not sure. I still love these shorts because the length is perfect, comes to just above the knee.

It's quite a bit tighter than my normal size would indicate, but it stretches and is actually quite comfortable. This is made of athletic material, with soft inner shorts and a skirt like running shorts. It looks good and holds my phone nicely.
