Comfy but saggy on arrival

Got another queen Zinus iCoil mattress and it was good so I decided to buy another King size. However, this King size mattress was saggy in the middle when arrived. The saggy place was at where the mattress was folded. Hoped it got flat but for a few weeks already I know this is not going to happen. Due to this defect, this is not at a good price any more. I also don't like the wave pattern on the fabric. It is also about 4-5cm not as wide as my last king mattress so there's a bit of space on both sides of the base. Mattress is comfy though.
