They are squat-proof, don't show sweat, and I went with a medium (because I'm in between a small-medium). The sportsbra is very flattering as well, and the leggings are very high waisted.

Overall this isn't a bad workout set. However, you have to get both pieces in the same size so it might be challenging for some who have a bigger chest or bigger bottom to do both the same size. I got the medium and they definitely looked alittle small(bottoms) but they have so much strech to them!! I judt ordered another set because I was happy with the set for the price and it's also super comfortable.

Nice thick, stretchy material that does have some compression and is kind of smoothing for a super flattering look! It's also really comfy and squat proof. True to size too! It's a bummer you have to buy the same size top and bottom. I purchased the M first and while I thought it was a more flattering fit (size 8/10 for reference), the pants were too see thru for me even in the Dark Grey. I reordered in a L and the top was too large and the pants fit about the same but still not opaque enough for me. I don't think they will hold up well with multiple wears so returned both.
