Very comfortable set. The sports bra is medium support. Very high waisted, but can easily fold it - see pic. Would buy again!
It shows sweat very well so that is something to consider before buying. Only worn once so if anything changes I’ll edit post. I am 5'9 and 155 lbs for reference and I got small.
